With the help of your Fitness Professional a simple profile will be created in the
Meal Planner. This will allow the system to determine what your daily appropriate calorie needs should be.You will then be given a username and password to access the system on your own.From there you will be able to choose from a variety of healthy choices for all of your meals and snacks.Simply print out your menu and you will be all set.
